Travelers we serve adults and seniors who have brain impairments such as mild to moderate intellectual and developmental disabilities Down syndrome and autism.
Staff-to-traveler ratio ranges from 1:1 through 1:4 to implement our high quality tours that require thoughtful preparations, intensive research, individual attention, safety-related arrangements, review of medical and behavior records. We feel these labor-intensive preparations and ratios are essential to confirm a safe and natural experience.

Individuals not appropriate for Travel For Me service include:
Individuals with challenging behaviors that are self-injurious aggressive , inappropriate sexualized behavior
Individuals with behavior that prohibits them from being fully included in the program
Individuals with behaviors that frequently disrupt activities or threaten injury to persons or property.
Individual’s that poses a threat to the health and/or safety of the consumer, travel aide or other passengers.
Individuals that are: medically fragile, require assistance with daily living skills and personal care.
Volunteers help keep the price of the tours down as they volunteer as Travel Aides, and other segments of the program.
Travel Aides are also known as Fun Ambassadors, who are certified chaperones to support and assist adults who need extra assistance as a result of; head trauma, stroke, intellectual and developmental disabilities
